The Carbon Footprint Methodology in CFOOD Project

In the paper, research on process of optimizing carbon footprint to obtain low-carbon products is presented. The optimization and limits were analyzed based CFOOD project co-financed by Polish Research Development Agency. article, (CF) testing methods with particular emphasis product life cycle assessment (LCA) are discussed. main problem that energy received from energy-meters per production stage not directly represented in raw data set obtained factory because many machines connected a single measurement point. we show some energy-demanding stages cooling processes used for same similar can differ even 25-40%. That why be very demanding.
